Visa types & Documents

Employment Visa

• Original Passport should be valid for 6th month.

• Electronic Visa (ELECTRONIC WAKALA).

• Original Employee Agreement (Attested by Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of External Affairs).

• Medical report along with GAMCA slips from a GAMCA (GCC approved Medical Centers Association).

• Photos 4×6 cm white background.

• NOC (Final Exit proof).

• Degree/Diploma/Experience/Driving License require for related to Visa Category Degree/ Diploma/Experience Certificates should be attested by HRD and Ministry of External Affairs, Cultural Attache, New Delhi, India, 
  
  
  

Business /Commercial Visit

• Original Passport should be valid for 6th month.

• Visa / invitation letter

• CR (Company Registration) copy of Saudi Company.

• Company request letter addressing to The Consular of Saudi embassy.

• Recommending letter of chamber of commerce addressing to The Consular of Saudi embassy.

• Degree/Diploma according to profession mentioned in visa.

Working Visit Visa

• Original Passport should be valid for 6th month.

• Visa / invitation letter

• CR (Company Registration) copy of Saudi Company

• Company request letter addressing to The Consular of Saudi embassy.

• Recommending letter of chamber of commerce addressing to The Consular of Saudi embassy

• Agreement attested by Chamber of Commerce & MOFA of KSA

• Degree/Diploma according to profession mentioned in Visa.

Residence Visa

• Original Passport should be valid for 6th month.

• Electronic Visa Copy

• Sponsor passport copy, Iqama Copy.

• Marriage certificate attested from Saudi Embassy.

• Medical has to be done from GCC approved medical centre – Children below 12 yrs, medical is not » necessary, require only polio certificate.

• Photos (6peace with white background size 6 X 4 cm).

Family Visit Visa

• • Original Passport should be valid for 6th month.

  • Sponsor Passport copy & Iqama copy

  • Photos (6peace with white background size 6 X 4 cm).
